- At least 4 years of experience in Mainframe PL1 programming.
- And also should have knowledge in COBOL and JCL.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Work experience on Mainframe tools like Endevor, Cybermation ESP, and Beta.
- Good command on Mainframe utilities like SORT, Eazytrieve.
- Well versed with software change and configuration management processes.
- Knowledge on ITIL processes would be added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills required for proactive client communications.
- Diagnose, isolate, recreate and rectify issues which are presented to the team.
- Consult with teams within production support, development, and customer service.
- Assertive in communication and driving team work.
Responsibilities:
- Debugging, troubleshooting production issues.
- Strong communication skills, including ability to train/present complex technical concepts.
- Consult with teams within production support, development, and customer service.
- Should be able to handle the production implementations.
- Should be able to work in all the shifts(24/7).
- Should be able to manage the work load effectively
